Well it's late, so this is for the night owls. Post the sexiest engine swap you have ever seen, or just a swap that you have unlimited wants for. Mine are all in E30's obviously... And Kinja doesn't like how I organized my text and photos I guess.

Good: S52B32 (rated at like 250HP)

Better: LS1, good old LS1's

Even better: S85B50 (V10 from the M5/6)

God tier: Big turbo 2JZ tied with a twin turbo E39 M5 engine (S62B50)

2GR-FE into my MR2, not the prettiest engine, but it fits, is 350hp with a beautiful torque curve.

When ever you have a photo thats smaller than 640 kinja does that to text, it sucks.

But …...

Granted I'm biased because my last car had that engine (sans ITBs) but I think everything about it is damn sexy.

(Its a old Corolla with a Lexus 1UZ-FE engine just for clarification)

fits like a glove apparently, the aluminium block in the 2GR makes it lighter than a 3S-GTE and all the associated turbo plumbing.

Swaping anything that doesn't have the BMW logo in a BMW is sacrilege to me. BMW has some of the best petrol engines ever created, so there is no need to put any other brand in it, however good it is.

It has like 40psi too. It makes lots of HP, over 1000, there is a speedhunters article about it, it's completely insane.

I read the text on that last one first, thinking "tied" meant the two engines were put together for one drive-train. To this, I said "wut!?".

Then I realized the impossible wasn't the case, and you meant those two engines alone.

Either way, these swaps are pretty sweet.
